Will Apex support not only multi-monitors, but how about the newer standards? I run a 21:9 monitor as my main, with my Xbox One sharing one of the standard 16:9 monitors to the side. So do we know if those more exotic resolutions will be supported. I’ve seen 1440 and 4k mentioned, but 21:9 is currently very hit and miss and even when supported has issues many times.

I think initially they will just have standard resolutions. They will add in the rest over time. I’m running 5760x1200 so I’m basically in the same boat.
Up to the devs like any other game really.
Gears has 21:9 support so its possible, just up to T10.
Being UWP we cant be saved by Flawless of WSGF, yet.

Quantum Break has just had 21:9 support added via patch. So it’s clearly down to devs. I’m just hoping with Forza being a racing game, they’ll see the benefit of wider viewing angles. Fingers Crossed!

Hi, I have a triple monitor set up (5760x1080) and would love to play this game at that resolution. All I have for options are 16:9 resolutions. Any idea if this will be supported?

glad i saw this, asides a few other thoughts this was one of my thoughts. considering racing on a single 21.5" monitor will not go down well, especially when i will soon be set up with a GT Omega Pro sim cockpit to house my set up. If this is not implemented forza games wont be on my race list for PC or XBOX One (since the only time i play XB1 now is for dark souls 3) and that is only to help out a friend. asides that i have no need for it these days.

Ultrawaide needs to be a standard on racing games, i’m running 3440/1440p most i can access is 2560/1440p in 16:9 ratio.
Please add this to full game thanks.

Why are so many first party Xbox titles only getting support for 16:9 on the Windows store?
It’s not like the store doesn’t support it, rise of the tomb raider had 21:9 support!

Another here for 21:9 please… Any future Forza purchases would require 21:9 support, I cannot support a game without such basic features such as ultrawide.

My God, it’s current year and we still are forced into 16:9. The Forza 5 PC build had triple screen support 2+ years ago.
For the love of god give us free resolution options.
21:9, 4K, HD etc etc.
I’m not running an ultrawide monitor in the centre of my setup to have it wasting half the screen space!

21:9 support is pretty much expected at this point. If you’re switching to PC, you should make a PC game. Not a console game that runs on a PC.
