I agree, I have 2560x1080. Without supporting widescreen and without wheel support (I know wheel support is coming) but as of right now, not really much reason for me to play it. I can get on my xbox one and have a much better experience. Also as someone else said FOV really needs to be adjustable. I know it is a free beta but I would like to see this go somewhere and you aren’t going to get much support from PC players without these.

I recently downloaded the beta version. I’m surprised that the game does not support the resolution designed for widescreen monitors (eg. 2560x1080). I have a widescreen monitor and I would like to take advantage of its potential. Is the final version will support widescreen resolution?
Bought an ultrawide monitor just for racing games, it would certainly be nice if they would eventually support the best aspect ratio for a game like this.

Another vote here for 21:9. My monitor is 3440x1440 and not even manually changing the resolution in the config file worked

Where did you find the “config” file? I know with steam games they say go to steam/app/pref. ini files but I found that doesn’t work for me. There is another pref. ini file in “documents” and that is the one that I have to change (since apparently it is too difficult to support different screen resolutions…) Anyway I haven’t been able to find anything other than a scripted “settings” file.
