Am I missing something? F7 doesn’t appear to support 21:9. I saw tons of preview publication that said it would support widescreen monitors. I literally would not have bought this game had I know this was the case.

set resolution to ‘native window resolution’ but it will only be 21:9 when racing, everything else will be letterboxed. hopefully they remove them in a future patch
You have to select ‘Native Resolution’ for 21:9
They really did mess up with the support though…

Devs you really need to sort this out for the PC, REMOVE THE BLACK BARS!!!

I don’t think it does, cause I have an ultra wide LG monitor that runs at 4096x2160 and I always have black bars on both sides regardless of the resolution plus the resolution in game doesn’t go past 3840x2160

Go into the resolution options within the game and set it to the far left setting “Native Windows Resolution”. Works for me.
It “supports” it via native resolution but it is just stretched. I don’t consider that working.

It’s not stretched on my 3440x1440. I set it to native resolution and that’s what it is. The game menu’s aren’t which is annoying after Horizon did it so well but at least in race it’s working, hope they fix it later otherwise it’s a bit of a step back.
cant confirm that. to me it doesn’t stretch at 3440x1440, it adds visibility to sides. tested.
Replay and forzavista with black bars? NO THANKS!
I really want a decent 21:9 support for this game so pls fix it soon. A Driving game with these flaws is a shame nowadays.

So? Any chance? I beg for replays at least. Forza 7 is so nice looking game. But replays with black bars are awful.
