Hi,

I have preloaded the game before it launched, i saw on the demo that the ultrawidescreen worked (219) but my game doesnt allow me to play on 219. My screen is a BenQ XR3501, the other game i played on worked in 21*9 execpt this one i don’t understand why unfortunately. I just have 2 black bar in each side of my screen and it’s not really good to see when you play on this screen. I would like to know i someone has the issue and if he fix it. I tried to switch resolution and then go back to the native one, it’s not working. And the game when i launch it start in windowed mode i don’t why if it’s normal or not.

make sure the resolution is set to native desktop resolution

It works for me on my 38" 3840x1600 21:9 monitor. Just set it to “native windows resolution”.
In the race you get a good 21:9 but the menus etc. are cropped.

I had the same issue, using native didn’t work either…

Thanks for your answer. I already tried my native but it doesnt work in the race or in the menu. I don’t know what to do …
