hoiw can i take a look at the Leaderboards for a specific track/car combination ?
And my second question; Is there no way to manually acess the starting grid in MP? I mean to change the starting order oif all drivers?

Don’t know about question number 2, but to answer question number 1, you have to set your hot laps via rivals to check the leaderboards. No longer is rivals a free play thing.
Only viewable from Rivals, but there is no online leaderboard

That is just annoying.
Why not just add a hot lap leaderboard in the main menu
