Make this game enjoyable

too many exploits are screwing me over. Corner Cutting is rampant in leagues, wrecking in hoppers, quitting league races. Is nothing scared anymore?? This game is not enjoyable. Just frustration after frustration. This needs to stop or I’m done buying Forza games. Stop punishing clean drivers, can you give us somewhere to go??? Make some rules. Nobody kicks anybody ever!!! So tired of this, just the same nonsense day after day after day.

As I’ve mentioned elsewhere, I’ve yet to explore the joys of multiplayer. That being said, if you have any friends couldnt you do private races with them?

Unfortunately, they seem reluctant to do anything to punish bad behavior in the name of making the game more “accessible.”

Join a proper league. Clubs like 2 old 4 Forza and The Online Racing Association (TORA) accpet people of all skill levels and provide good clean racing for the most part.

The game is perfectly enjoyable - just switch to Leagues, Rivals or single player career.

The leagues are no cleaner than the hoppers. Just now I figured I’d try and play the Can-Am league for the Ferrari and got wrecked every single race, and a lot of the time, it’s quite obvious they’re deliberately pushing you off rather than trying to make a clean pass.

That’s like saying “it’s ok that you took my $80, and part of the game is unplayable.” No they should set up clean lobbies, with rules. Vote to kick should work on public lobbies, and lapped cars should be ghosted.

Thank you good sir for the names, google has not be a friend of mine when searching racing groups out.

This^^

Can-Am is dirtier than the regular Leagues as a lot of “new” people are racing in order to get that Ferrari.

I’ve always felt that if you are a truly good driver you can avoid most of the wreckage. Sure you have to be much more alert (and a bit paranoid), but if you can see a car coming too hot into a corner or someone pushing into your line, you know what you need to do to avoid it.

I guess a lot of people get sour over the lack of trust. A clean racer is someone you can trust to stay in their line, knows when and how to brake, and tries to respect your race room. The only difference between clean racers and wreckers is that you know the wreckers are trying to hit you. So take precautions to avoid being hit.

I agree that it would be nice to have a way to ensure that only clean racers of the same skill level could be matched together (I mean, the Leagues are at least an experiment to see if there is a programatic way to do that). But if you want that kind of experience, there are plenty of ways to get it: Leagues, Rivals, Free Play and Career.

Humans are unpredictable, and crazy things will happen when you throw a bunch of them in a hopper together. No amount of rules, penalties, or anything else is going to stop that.

Look, I think Turn 10 is wanting to sell as many games as possible. Forza turned into a crossover between Forza Horizon and Forza. Facing the facts, there are little kids playing Forza 6 because of Forza Horizon. With the kicking pretty much gone there’s no deterrent to have respect for other racers.

Cerrax If you could show me how the dodge a Hummer H1 on the first turn with traffic on Circuit de Spa I would love to know.

I feel like Turn 10 lost their passion for the Game.

Thanks

leagues are constantly looking for new people. I am in 2 leagues right now… One V8 super car and one 1988 Monte Carlo league. Super clean races, I think we have gone over 2/3rds the races without a single caution in hour long races.

…also many car clubs still active and hosting lobbies for members and invited guest.

Our club host meets for F4 and F6 at this time. And we take track respect seriously.

So look around and check out the private sector also!
