Lost my save after getting loyalty rewards. How to recover cars and credits? [see post #66]

I started playing the game from the beginning having to do the initial race using the Ford GT. After the race was over all of my tier reward cars popped up rewarding me with all 12 cars and 20,000,000cr for having 300+ cars in previous titles. After hitting A to advance to the next screen it loaded up the Qualifying Series. Showing me cars to choose from. At this point I ran out to get dinner and turned the console off. After eating I came back and had to start the game over from the opening race with the Ford GT. I finished the race and no cars popped up. I figured it wouldn’t since I got the rewards already. I then went to the Qualifying Series. Noticed my credits were only 30,000 or so. Finished out the Qualifying Series, progressing to Super Street Volume 1. I got to the point where I can back out to my Forza profile and it only shows 77,000cr. And under my garage I only have two cars. The one I picked from Qualifying Series and another I won from a spin. I went to the message center and looked under daily payouts, DLC, news, rivals, gifts, and messages hoping I had to download or open the gifts like previous Forza titles. Nope empty. No sign of my cars and CR. Any ideas?

Edit: I logged in today (9/15/2015) and everything popped up again.

PM’s sent to devs. Pestering their Twitter account. Posting on forums. No reply. Even a ‘sorry you’re beat’. Which would be fine. lol

Strange, I did the first race, picked a car, and didn’t do the qualifier and left to do something just like you describe. When I came back, the game booted up and plopped me into picking a car again and doing the qualifier and everything was there as it should be

This is me as well, if what OP is saying, happened, then i feel lucky it didn’t with me.

Damn lucky. I came back it made me start the initial race again, then I got through all the qualifiers to where I could see my garage and profile and there was nothing there. I thought about deleting the game and reinstalling but, I feel like that might be a waste of time seeing as whatever triggers the tier rewards already worked once and might not work again.

Sorry to hear but, at least I’m not the only one in this boat. I just wish I could get a response out of T10. Even if it is a ‘you’re beat’ situation.

Havent calculated but i should get some million CR for the previous titles and cars i have. Got some cars, no credits.

yeah a response would be nice, i wouldnt say no to the cars and credits i lost though

i had about 12 cars pop and 2 million cr, then it was gone :frowning:

You should of received 7 cars seeing as you’re a tier 7 but, as far as credits I know you have to have at least 50 cars before the reward is suppose to kick in. I hope this gets resolved. :-/

Have you tried deleting your FM6 profile? You don’t have to delete the entire game, just the profile, so then it would be like starting “fresh” and you “should” be given all of your rewards, IN THEORY.

I have not but, at this point I’m will to try just about anything to at least get the money back.

i’m not gonna delete everything, have a fair amount of progress built up after losing everything

Under manage game just try deleting your local save game. When it asks if you want to synchronize with the cloud pick no.

If that doesn’t help, email Turn10.

Well, that didn’t work. Have T10’s e-mail address laying around? I’ve PM’d two people and haven’t received a response.

Not to sound bitter but I hope this happens to more people so maybe someone will officially announce whether we’re beat or there is a fix. Especially with launch day tomorrow.

I’m pretty sure I still had to go into find cars and “buy” them all for free.

I tired that too. It still wants me to pay CR for them. What about your CR reward?
