Hi. Hopefully someone here can help me as Google has not been very fruitful. I bought the VIP membership and all was good. Then I recreated my Forza profile. The VIP membership still appears to be applying as I get the double leveling payout of $70,000, however my gift cars did not comeback. Is there a way to re-download the cars?

Nope - they are gone and T10 does not resend gift cars.
That’s pretty lame on Turn 10s part. What if you have a system crash? I realize they’re “gifts” but technically i paid to receive those “gifts”.

No you did not. You paid to get the game as it is on the date shipped. You paid for any content at that point and for any patches or updates to the game after that point. DLC cost extra 99% of the time. Gifts they send are just that, gifts. Something extra they decide to do as they see fit. There is nothing saying they have to ever send those special cars at all.
I meant I paid for the VIP membership which did imply you would receive gift cars.
So are you talking the few gifted cars they sent out at random or the 5 custom cars that come with the VIP package?
The 5 that came with the VIP package. I just got the xbox and Forza 5 on Friday, bought the VIP membership Monday So i haven’t had it long enough to be gifted anything beyond what came with the package.
OK, so there is part of the problem. Just so you know there have been a few “gift” cars sent out. Those are the items they do not send out again.
Now the DLC you would have is the VIP. Best way I can think of without being in front of my Xbox One. Go to your apps tab, hover over the game and then hit the old start button. I think there will be a spot to manage add ons. If it is not there then try going to the store off the home screen and re download the VIP DLC and reinstall. Se if that does it.
I looked up the VIP pack. I believe these are the 5 DLC cars you are referring to:

Unfortunately I believe what I was referring to are gifted cars. It was like a ford focus with a holiday paint job, a boss mustang, and a few others i can’t remember. Anyway not a big deal, just a bummer that they are lost for good.

It was just a misunderstanding of your question on my part. It made sense after looking up what all is included in the VIP pack. Anyway like I said not a big deal. I appreciate the help and the info.
