Lost access to Ultimate?

I purchased FH3 ultimate Edition when it came out. I have not played in about 6 months now. I have all my saved data except for the fact that it thinks I don’t own Blizzard Mountain expansion.

I have purchased the Ultimate Edition. That comes with all expansions as far as I heard. But that isn’t the deal breaker. The bad thing is that I have already played on Blizzard Mountain expansion for quite a while. I have owned that. When I go into Forza Hub I see the game but it does not say Ultimate Edition anymore??? WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO MY GAME AND ACCESS???

Please answer. I am not paying for an expansion that I already have AND HAVE PLAYED.

Let’s chat so I can provide proof in emails and all that. I want my UE back so I can play the new Hot Wheels. At the moment I can’t play either expansions unless I pay for them.

This needs to be fixed asap

For clarification, the Ultimate Edition does not come with expansions; Ultimate includes the Car Pass, but the Blizzard Mountain and Hot Wheels expansions cost extra for every edition owner. If you have played Blizzard Mountain then you must have purchased it as an add-on itself or as part of the Expansion Pass, and if you’re having trouble accessing it then there may be an issue related to this thread:
