Expansion Pass/Blizzard Mountain doesn't come with Ultimate Edition?

I bought the Ultimate Edition thinking everything was there in the bundle, so I could pay a one time fee and get everything that comes out in the future? Is anyone else who also bought the Ultimate Edition kind of peeved off that they have to spend more money when they already spent the $100 price tag?
