I felt like something was off with my wheel. When racing today I brought up to see how my peddles where responding. I noticed after I get off the brake and clutch it take about a good second for Forza to show my peddle position back at 0. Over that second it just slowly get there. It is like the peddles are dragging in the game. Physically the pedals are at 0. Just wondering how do I fix this?

The pedals are most likely dirty around the potentiometers, which is what reads the position of the pedal. I would suggest adding a 2% inside deadzone on the brake and clutch in the advanced controller options. Only other option is to tear the pedals down and clean them.
It’s a bug with the telemetry, one of the earlier updates severely neutered the accuracy of the input telemetry data, if you look at the accel/brake pedal meter in the HUD (if you have it enabled) you can see that it operates correctly.
