I haven`t been able to use the Forza Support site to get help with games i have paid for, for many many years. When i log into this site: https://support.forzamotorsport.net/hc/en-us, i get transported here: https://forza.net/. And if i click support i end up back at the support site, but i am not logged it.
So, i have done anything possible to get in hold of anyone at forza that can help me. But nope. If i make a new xbox account and use that to contact them, they refuse to reply because they can see that the account is not active on any of the forza games. When i use a friends account who is active on forza games, and i explained the issue very very carefully. I got a copy past reply that told me how to log on to my xbox.
Microsoft xbox support keeps pretending that forza is not a xbox studios game, and nobody there wants to help ( Because they are lazy and useless).
So, i cant play forza anymore, because they use site developers that are EXTREMELY incompetent, and that xbox and forza staff will use any chance to avoid doing any work.
Im probably gonna get people coming at me here being upset of what i said, and maybe even thrown out of the forum.
The fact is that all i have done is to try and be a forza player, and i have bought many of the games. And all it resulted it was that i was treated like dirt, because someone had to hire the absolute cheapest developers they could find.
Players are expected to follow Xbox Community Standards and Forza Enforcement Guidelines at all times, this includes during the ban appeal process. If you violate the Xbox Community Standards and/or Forza Enforcement Guidelines while appealing a ban you may receive additional consequences.
As a reminder the following behavior is unacceptable during an appeal:
Threatening, using profanity, or insulting language when interacting with our Forza Support & Safety Agents
Harassing studio members in person or online. The only path to an appeal is through the ticket form. Turn 10 Studios and/or Playground Games members are unable to reverse enforcement actions in response to a tweet or message.
Impersonating a Turn 10 Studios and/or Playground Games employee
Submitting repeat tickets for the same appeal
Repeatedly replying to a closed ticket to try to influence the Forza Support & Safety Agent
If you violate the Xbox Standards when interacting with our agents or staff, you may be reported to Xbox Safety and receive additional or increased penalties or enforcement actions.
This behavior also applies to the Forums under the Forza Code of Conduct:
Under no circumstances should you ever do any of the following from behind your keyboard or controller when communicating with other players: personal attacks, vulgar language, antagonizing others, plotting illegal activities, threats of harm, circulating or distributing hacks/cheats, soliciting, plagiarism, or phishing attempts, evasion of bans/suspensions, leaking unannounced content, disrespecting/rebelling against moderators, harassing Turn 10 or Playground employees, and more.
