While making a livery the game kicked me out and sent me to the loading screen before making me sit through the introduction video and made me redo the introduction series in career and ever since ive been un able to join private multiplayer lobbies without it telling me I need to complete the introduction even though I did it when the game released in 2023 and again when it kicked out
Write to the support and create a ticket.
Here nobody can help you.
Already did and all I got was automated response that had nothing to do with the problem and they closed my ticket saying to contact xbox support even though its a problem that only happens on this game

Sadly thatâs exactly how they thread their customers.
If youâre on PC, there are 2 options you can try.
First in the xbox app under âhelpâ is a repair function.
2nd, re-install the ms gaming services.
For Xbox i donât know if that exists as well.
Same here on my sonâs account, Weâre gonna see if we can get it sorted but not looking promising.
He was PC working on the vinyl creator when he lost connection from the server.
He tried to âretry connectionâ and wouldnât.
He then closed the game and restarted, it then went through all the intro animations he closed the game again, loaded up his console instead, then it picked up on intro race 2 in the Cadillac.
He has access to all his tunes paints vinyls and otherwise all game data but it is forcing him to do the intro race series in career. The intro multiplayer series has also been completed again twice over.
Tries to join into a private multiplayer session and a pop-up saying the âintroductory experience must be completedâ
Yeah itâs that and all other career campaign series have the trophies to show completion but also show they need doing again.

Bug Info: There is a chance when using the vinyl editor, that the user will get randomly disconnected from the server, and softlocked out of their game. Upon rebooting the game, the game gives the user the First Time User Experience, as if theyâve never played before, and locks them out of Private Multiplayer, as Introductory series is never registered as completed, but game retains all other save progress.

Iâve had the same problem for the past 10 days, although mine wasnât caused by the vinyl editor. I just lost connection whilst in a race, and then upon rebooting I had the return first time user experience and inability to connect to any private lobbies. Iâve spent the past 10 days working with Forza support, but no solution and they have pretty much washed their hands of the problem now and are blaming Microsoft.
I can do everything in the game, career, public multiplayer, rivals, I can even do private mutliplayer, so long as I have created the lobby, but I cannot connect to anyone elses.
