I’m at the office, so I’m going from memory. I’ll probably regret one or two of these choices, but…
Best Looking - Mazda Cosmo
Best Performance - Bentley Speed 6
Best Engine Note - Koenigsegg Regera, nothing else even close.
Ugliest - Charger Daytona - it was ugly in the 70’s and time has not been kind.
Worst Performance - F&F Plymouth GTX
Worst Engine Note - '66 Ford GT
Is this like the Oscars and the Razzies? You could call these awards The Forzies.

In my opinion the Clio of 2011 one of the ugliest modern hot hatch but the best in performances.
Any Nissan good, Any Ferrari bad
Best car performance wise, by a big margin, would be indy car. Second the pagani zonda cinque maybe
Worst performing car, lancia stratos. I never hated a car more.

Best looks: Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale or the Ferrari 330 P4
Worst looks: Anything with a Liberty Walk kit, or one inspired by said kits.

There are too many undisputable design classics in the car roster to pick a favorite, but there are a couple cars whose looks I really hate. Sorry for venting about bad car design, but you asked for it

Every modern Bugatti:
Bugatti used to build the most beautiful and elegant cars in the world several decades ago, but every Bugatti in the last decade or two has been a design nightmare. There is no shred of beauty, elegance or subtlety left, every single detail of the whole design just screams in your face “Hey! HEY! I have loads of money and a huuuuge ummm body part I can’t mention here! And LOTS OF HORSE POWER!!! And MONEY!!!”. Modern Bugattis are the car design equivalent of the fat, ugly, but very rich guy who knows he’s fat and ugly but just walks into the club and drops a wad of cash on the bar counter knowing people are going to love him because hey, free champagne. -
Lamborghini Veneno:
Just…no. So ridiculously overdone it’s not even funny any more. It doesn’t even look like an ugly Liberty Walk bodykit on a Lambo, it just looks like they completely gave up and gave control of their design department to a 12 year old fanboy with a taste for Xtreme aesthetiXX -
Porsche 959:
It’s not even that bad looking by itself, but it just makes me sad and angry. The original 911 shape is one of the most iconic and elegant car shapes ever designed, and somewhere underneath the ugly and swollen fenders and wings you can still see that classic shape -and that’s exactly what I hate about the car: they took one of the most beautiful shapes ever and turned it into an abomination, but left just about enough of the original shape to underline how badly they messed it up.
But the ugliest car in the game is the Polaris - it has all the style and elegance of a golf cart, and is about as much fun to drive. At least the others I mentioned are fun on the track.

The best, there are many great cars, each in it’s class, the Radical RXC, Sauber C9, Lotus Elise GT1, Lamborghini Countach, Ferrari F50, BMW M4 FE, 1975 BMW #25 BMW Motorsport 3.0 CSL
Best looking car for me is that little Subaru… 360?
Hard to choose an ugliest car. BMW’s clone army all look a bit like David Letterman trying to imitate a panther. Super/hyper wedges seem to be constructed mostly of vents. Modern F1 and Indy cars appear to be growing wing fractals. But I think I’ll go with the Polaris - it’s like the mutant child of a quad and a golf cart that was dumped in the sewer, found by circus freaks, and grew up to be a nemesis of Batman.

BEST LOOKING: Dodge Charger Daytona, Plymouth Prowler, Plymouth Hemi 'Cuda, Dodge Superbee, Dodge Challenger, Plymouth GTX, Plymouth Fury, Dodge Charger RT, Dodge Challenger RT, E49 Valiant Charger, '68 Holden Monaro, '69 Mustang Boss 302, '65 Mustang GT, '65 Pontiac GTO, '69 Hurst Olds 442.
UGLIEST: Most anything JAPANESE or HYPERCAR. With a few exceptions. Very few.
CAR’S I WOULD LOVE TO LAUNCH INTO THE GRAND CANYON: Most hypercars.
REAL LIFE BUCKET LIST IF I HIT THE LOTTERY: Mopar’s, AMC’s, Studebaker’s, Ford’s, GM’s, vintage Ferrari’s, some vintage Porsche’s, any Aston Martin, vintage Jags and some current ones too, some vintage Bimmers and Benz’s and a few other’s.

Worst looking : that 2002 Firebird / any new American cars. They’re just blocky things with muh big V8!!! ; zero personality.
Worst overall : Lancia Stratos Gr B and the V8 Supercar Merc - they’re both undrivable sh*tes

Ugliest car: Lotus 340r - Looks like a mouse having its face pulled back.
Worst sounding: Honda Civic - I don’t car how fast it is, I’ll never drive that wasp sounding piece of junk.
Best driving: '93 911 Turbo (GTZ Liquid tune).
Best looking: Old 911s (all of them!) Ferrari F40, Dodge Charger (old), Lambo Miura
