Having the same issue here
instead of QR they should give login user id password to link FH5 ps5 to Microsoft account
so what can we do ? i apply for the ticket but no one responded to me
What do you mean by saved data?
So a user said to delete save file and this worked for me
Go to the storage on PS5
Go to game saves storage
Then delete Forza and restart
It may ask you to make more room then try and sign on again should work

Solved it for myself after some struggle, maybe it will help someone.
Logging to xbox.com made me approve/confirm some policy changes.
After that game linked correctly. Kind of annoyed I already lost entire Early Access window with 0 games played.

You have to change the DNS to a different one on your device.
Use Google DNS
8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4

Tried alt microsoft account but still didnt go through, messages come out something like âConnection Requiredâ , âSign-in neededâ eventho I just linked my acc using phone / laptop.
I dunno wether this is network region issue or the game it self. Even tried the google DNS method and even opened ticket and tried the method was given by the automated reply still not working.

Same here, but i never had put my MS account on any Playstation network before
I left a ticket, im pretty much having the â Your account is linked on another ps network.â but iâve never ever linked my account to a ps network before. i made a whole new account and linked it and ill just start over i guess⌠and now its kicks me out before i finish the intro.
PlayStation 5 - Cross site web browser setting fixed it for me.

I just found a solution. Started playing just now.
But if you dont mind starting all over again.
(PS5)
-delete FH5 in Storage>Saved data (which is mine around 2gb+)
-start FH5 with a new microsoft account and link with the new acc
thats all. I think because my main microsoft account was linked to old forzaâs game.
Maybe both platforms doesnt support cross save functionality. maybee but I dont mind starting all over again.
