Level restriction lobby

I’d just like to put it out there that i would really like it if you could make some lobbies where you have to be a certain level, for example 500 and over. I only say this because i really like competitive races and there seem to be alot of new people in the lobbies who are either wrecking people or just not even remotely competitive. Just one for the competitive racers. Thanks

I’ve seen level 1,500 plus running laps 10-15 seconds off pace if not more. You wont always get a good race since most people online are terrible.

However, I do see the validity of your point. It would somewhat help with crashers and uber noobs. Maybe call it the Vet/Pro lobby or something.

Driver level does not always equate to racing skill; it simply means you’ve played the game (on or offline) long enough to level that high. I’ve witnessed plenty of 500+ drivers who seem to find crashing as their preferred way of navigating the field.

im only level 420 or so (rarely have time to play) and i rarely lose lol

Also worth noting: the accelerator feature makes quick work of driver levels. Although that supports Turn 10’s wallet, it doesn’t do much for supporting your idea that 500+ level drivers are the non-crashers, not to forget the aforementioned flaws to the driver level logic.

Better alternative: find likeminded drivers, befriend them and create your own private lobby where you have control to boot those that crash.

I think your missing the point, i’m not saying ALL level 500+ are good, clean racers. But generally you would imagine people who have played it for longer would be a little better adapted to online gameplay. All i want is more competitive clean lobbies lads.

Maybe if the lobby was set to only levels 2,000 or above I wouldn’t have to lose to EVOdriver’s Evo anymore.

Perhaps they should have a lobby where Damage is on. If you crash, your car is no longer competitive. Crash again, you may not finish the race. Make it long enough that it is not a sprint.

But, if they do, will they come? The Rally Lobby is almost always empty.

I can agree to that. They should also make a beginner lobby for lower level drivers. (I know there is a beginner A class lobby but I don’t think it restricts high level driver).
