I’m just curious about the length of the airstrip in fh3 and is it longer than the fh2 one?
1.1 or 1.2 miles maybe. FH2’s seemed way longer.
Map shows 1.2 miles for Horizon 2.
It’s longer than FH2’s when considering that there isn’t any borders at the end. It’s hard to get a bead on the actual pavement portion but I’d bet that it’s longer given the lack of map constraints. “Seemed way longer” is trivial unless you can support it. IME I’ve reached higher speeds on the 2nd iteration of the airport than the first.

I just checked and the map shows 1.2 miles for Horizon 3 as well. They’re the same distance.
the next expansion should include a 5 mile runway.
There are five mile runways in all three Horizon games. They’re called freeways (or highways, whatever). Plus, the landing strips in Horizon 2 and 3 match the required landing distance (length-wise) for a C5.

With all of the inexperienced drivers in public multiplayer lobbies, yes.

It’s great for a mile drag, but as others have said, plenty of long straight roads if there is a need to go for longer
