i would be so mad i couldn’t see straight. thats why i change batteries before every endurance race, want to keep chances to a minimum. they should give you the reward as soon as you complete 250 miles so if that happens you still get something out of your effort.

It just stopped my session and i couldn’t join? When my internet is working fine? I am gutted to say the least.
I was kicked to dash 1 hour in. It was a good, clean lobby too.
ms and turn ten need to get this sorted out. forget dlc or weekends off until the engine is stable.
Got disconnected 45 min. in, in the lead in LMP1 with proper drivers and the entire lobby crashed, starting with me. Dedicated servers…I’m done getting bent over and abused for the day.
All it takes is a split second of disconnect between you and the server. You don’t even have to notice your internet momentarily go offline, it all just happens in an instant. If the rest of the field completed the race, you can chalk this one up to your service provider. If everybody was kicked, the Forza servers failed you all.

My issue was the kick to dash issue that happens in multiple games including some that are single player. A reboot and I got to the finish line second time round.
I finished the race finally just before the actual 24 le mans. Drove 331 miles in my Corvette ZR1. 
I feel your pain 2 mins 36 secs left and game crashes to dash, lucky I use a wheel, because if I used a controller, the controller would have been through the tv.

So go and head into the 2.4 hour Le Mans race, get approx 140 mile done in the Corvette, then Game randomly crashes to the Dashboard, So load it up a second time, find a lobby again, everything going great, 20 minutes remaining more then enough miles done for the challenge, then game message comes up saying loading menus. So heres me thinking it must have ended with everyone completing their mileage, but NO get a second message saying multiplayer is unavailable.
I Dont usually have a rant just annoyed that ive spent 4 hours trying to get the challenge completed, just for it to balls up. Not a happy Bunny 
If this happens it is advisable to do a cold boot before trying again.
I made the mistake of reading this thread before i did the challenge last night. It made for a very tense last 20 minutes - i think i held my breath the whole time lol
Ha ha! I kind of felt the same; but, with the amount of fun I was having, I wouldn’t have been too upset to do it all again. But, since it went smoothly, once was enough for me.

I got shot to the dashboard on the first lap after waiting an hour and fifteen minutes in the lobby. Was bummed until I read this thread. Awful luck, sorry to hear it everyone. What time is this challenge over with? I know its today, just wondering how much time I have left to try. Thanks.
OMG I am so frustrated right now! I only had 15 minutes left of my 2.4 hour race and all of a sudden the server disconnected on me!! I had done around 510km in the race also, so well and truly more than what was required. I was driving the Audi R18 E-tron in P class.
Is there any way of still getting my badge and title for this event? I really don’t feel like doing it again… I didn’t even get any credits or affinity points.
Is there anywhere I can officially report this problem! Please help!! arghhhh

I had a similar issue with just 10 minutes left and got disconnected. After an hour of waiting in the lobby, the race was a tremendous amount of lag and I have no idea why. I had hoped it would clear up determined to stick it out no matter what, but never did and my internet is really generally solid so I can’t say why this particular time I had these sorts of issues. Just keeping the car on the track was a nightmare, but toughed it out and got clear out of the way whenever the P-class cars lapped me. The ONLY good thing about this was that even though I was disconnected, I got credit to my surprise. I didn’t get the credits or affinity though. Not sure if anyone else had a similar experience with there being lag. It was Friday night (US CST) when I attempted it. And my apologies to the only 2 other racers that had to contend with my car constantly trying to correct course due to lag/delays. I am certain it was my internet because they were running just fine.
