The RHD cars are limited mostly to manufacturers listed directly as British or Japanese. Acura, despite being a subsidiary of Honda, is technically considered an American car company in Forza and therefore all of their production models will be LHD. Beyond that, it’s often only models that would be considered more desirable to a collector in their domestic market’s RHD configuration: Classic Aston Martins, Toyota Supras, the kind of cars people will pay more money for if they are RHD.
I just threw this list together really quick, may have missed a few along the way. Also, these are only road-going production models. Racecars can be a different subject: in endurance races where driver changes are required during the race an RHD car is often preferred for faster driver changes (in the pit lane the paddock is almost always to the right so not having to walk all the way around the car to switch drivers or for the crew chief to talk to the driver briefly saves time).

McLaren:
Technically the McLaren is neither, the driver sits in the center with a passenger seat on either side (though the passenger on the right likely has a little less room due to the gear shifter). Though Gordon Murray claims the central position enhances the driving dynamic, the old joke was that he did that because any man who owns a McLaren F1 is going to be the type to have two women with him at the same time haha!

All of them, I’m not sitting here typing VXR that many times…
I think that’s about it. There might be a RHD Volvo in there somewhere but I can’t remember if that was Forza or GT5.
Thank you so much for taking the time and trouble to post this list, it is very much appreciated.
you can try looking at THIS list, it’s sortable by country - so, following GTP EnzoGuy’s advice, all of those listed as being of AU, JP and UK origin should be RHD.
