Just got response to feedback submitted in october

I audibly chuckled when i saw this email today. Maybe retrokrystal shouldn’t have been telling everyone to submit tickets for every little thing. I did it, like I was told to do a dozen times, and based on the timeframe of response here, I can assume that this feedback was NOT passed along to the developers before now.

So had we all been submitting tickets with our feedback, and not ranting and raving on the forums(I did my fair share) the devs would have never even known.

I should also note, that I haven’t played the game in months, despite owning the ultimate edition. And this is my first time even looking st the forums in a couple weeks.

I hope the game continues it’s slow march of improvement, so I can finally play an offline/custom adventure some day.

Let us pick the class we want to race in adventures. I dont want to race s1 and s2 all day long. Let us vote, and give us choices. And remove freeroam rush from anything but off road or cross country

You brought up lack of choices for multiplayer and free-roam rush in non-dirt events and since then they’ve added Drift and Solo lobbies, removed free free roam rush from street/road events and are adding custom lobbies next month. I think you, me and everyone else who complained about these exact same issues got what they wanted.

I mention to submit a ticket as this is now the support process in which both Horizon and Motorsport take for support.

Whilst I didn’t answer your ticket above, (I do tend to answer 95% of Horizon suggestion & Feedback tickets) I know the support team are working hard to lessen the response time between a player submitting a ticket and getting a response.
We appreciate your patience.

No you have to make an account to join a discord server.

It’s ridiculous they’re making such a thing the primary communication method. I’m not joining something where I can’t even see what it is that I’m joining.

To be fair you can also use twitter/support ticket system so I wouldn’t say it’s the primary method, it’s just a way of getting a quicker response to certain questions. The Forza discord has sections for all Forza branded games and include subsections for general game chat, multiplayer chat, auction house chat/car trading, game announcements and player to player support chat. Just so you know what’s in it, nothing nefarious.

Sorry for out of subject here but since discussing Discord. I went there and it looks like an old time IRC with people rediscovering subjects that are known and documented for months on this forum. Very few sub sections so that in the end, information is continuously lost with no trace.
What is exactly the point of posting a question that will be burried in very few seconds ?
Additionally, there is not login with official Microsoft gamertag which opens the way to any troll behavior
Overall, am I missing something ?

It’s another form of social media and yes you do need to make an account, but you can also link it up with your Microsoft/Xbox account etc if you want.
It’s similar to twitter, reddit, these forums etc.

The Discord is for discussion and not support. For everything support wise, please see the support site.
