Once you earned a car in the Wheelspin, it unlocks in the Autoshow.

Not sure what you mean, if you win a car with a wheelspin, your car goes to your garage/My Cars, no need to purchase it, it is already yours. If you are talking about once you win a car you then you could purchase more of them, Forza Edition cars for example or specialty cars, then that won’t ever happen, because one person could unlock it and then just sell many more of them via auction.

TBF most of the wheelspin cars are cheaper on AH than they would be in Autoshow anyway.
