It Has Been Two Months Since the Sun Was Taken Away. When Is It Coming Back?

First you make all the street races night, then you proceed to remove the sun after it’s done. What in the actual world are Playground devs doing? It has been two months since they “updated” our headlights/sun away. They existed in the game before, they worked perfectly fine, it’s not like you are adding new features for god’s sake, just fix what you broke. What about that is so difficult that an update and hotfix later it’s still not fixed?

For anyone that doesn’t know what I’m talking about, since the December update, daytime races appear almost pitch-black if the previous race occurred at night, which they made every Street race occur at. This means you’re screwed if you’re on a Horizon Open Street event and the next event occurs at daytime. You can barely see anything, it’s not hard to reproduce, lot’s of people have recognized it, and it’s up on Known Issues yet nothing has been fixed.

FH5 is set in a post apocalyptic world where the sun blew up decades prior and the earth survived.

I’ve never seen this happen, so I assume it must just be in various PvP modes.

Its an open racing issue.

PG is incredibly slow at bug fixing. All u can do is pray for a patch within the next 2 to 3 years or just move on to a less broken game.

Is there sun in this game? o.O

Now that i saw this post, i certainly can say that im a bit tired of so many rain and awful weather and i pray everyday to be able to avoid night races (because the mix with broken lighting is game breaking). I cant remember the last time i drove in a sunny landscape.

But they did give us the Wuling Sunshine to brighten up our days. lol
