There should be an option to reply to automated messages - please do that and indicate that the articles haven’t resolved your issue, and link this thread in your reply so the team knows further investigation is needed.

Someone from support replied to me and recommended log in from incognito tab and it worked! So if anyone has the same problem that might be a solution for you
From incognito tab i am not getting the code to verify the email lol. Have the same problem with account connection, when they are planning to fix the bug, that’s crazy! Nice early play Microsoft
