So I was playing some Virus, and there was this one guy that was unable to be tagged. He let us all ram and crash into him, but he still didn’t get tagged. I could hear him laugh [Mod Edit - profanity - DE]] in his microphone before I left.
Is this some form of feature or is he cheating? If so, I’ll gladly give out his gamertag. I’m new to Virus. so I don’t know. :3

Yes. The only reason the lobby didn’t start over was because of him.
I’ve seen people be ‘invincible’ in Virus. It is just a very irritating glitch. I don’t know what causes it, or how it is solved, but eventually it will randomly stop and they will be able to be tagged.
I’ve seen it happen many times, and it even happened to me. I was being hit repeatedly, not getting tagged, people were shouting that I was a cheater, then it randomly stopped.

ive never touched virus but he may be going to career or something and turning collisions off then going into virus.
Shouldn’t the the Virus lobby rules override any personal settings?
i doubt it. there are options and assists. i think no collisions is under assists, the same as assisted brakeing, traction control etc. virus came out later and is probably just a new scoreing layer on top of the same system used for the other race types. it wouldn’t be the 1st time something obvious gets over looked, like useing the garage icon in the garage rather than when buying cars.
turn ten need to drop autovista and all the man hours wasted on it and invest that back into making a racing game. forzas rating have been going down on metacritic since forzavista was introduced. not sure why greenwalt is married to something that takes so much away from the game for a feature people dont even use. every car has it now? and yet its the lowest rated forza in history. on metacritic user ratings its down to about 5.5, mobile shovelware teritory.

Dude didn’t even play the game.
That’s just your opinion and you know what they say about opinions. I use autovista a lot and really like it, I’m sure most of the painters do. There is no link between glitches and autovista. The car modelling, gameplay and testing will all of been handled by different teams. Makes me lol when people blame autovista for all that is wrong with the game.
I agree, I am no expert but I presume that most of the time taken to complete the features of Autovista would be by the artists, woven together by some programming. I don’t think Autovista compromises the rest of the game.
I have ran into the same problem… and I have not found a way to get them… it will probably have to be patched
Report and block the people using the glitch.
You can’t report people for this, it happens when the guy in first dash boards, or something like that. But when they do that the guy in second that has already been tagged, then becomes the last person left but the game still recognises them as being tagged when you press start and see what colour is next to their gamertag.
Only way the game can proceed is if the person that has been glitched leaves the game, if they don’t and continue to drive around for a long period of time, then report them for that if you like.
It’s just a glitch with the game. I’ve had it randomly happen to me a couple times. There’s no way of knowing until someone who is it hits you and nothing happens. The only way to finish is for the person to quit back to the lobby. Lucky I’ve never seen it happen repeatedly. That said it just needs patched but don’t hold your breath.
