Make previous maps of Horizon playable in Horizon 4.
Remaster the maps and expansions from H1, H2 and use H3 as is as it looks great in 4k anyway.
Create an airport link of some kind in each country to travel to and from the different country maps.
Sure we can play the older versions of Horizon, but with all the improvements in Horizon 4, such as 4K, HDR, new cars, new camera views (helmet cam which I use all the time), better photo mode, new paint features, and of course the awesome route creator which extends the longevity of the game hugely, I’d pay good money to have all the maps available in H4.
Personally I don’t think PG really take advantage of the hard work that goes into the amazing huge maps they create.
Silly 3 minute races are baffling given the huge open world they created.
And route creator solves that.
I pretty much finished all the H4 challenges in the first 3 weeks and since then I’ve been racing my own routes, which has extended its life for months to come.
I own every car, have earned over half a billion credits, and bought every house and castle, but without route creator, I’d have stopped playing long ago.
I’d love to create long routes and circuits in Australia, and the previous maps, to get past the ridiculously short races that PG seem to think everyone wanted in those games (spoiler alert, they DON’T).
So, in short, remaster the previous maps and after H4 expansion 2, release them for $30 or even $50.
And what do you call it?
Horizon World.
And in future, when a new version of the game is released, Horizon 5 obviously being next, the past maps are included, along with the new map and any new features.
There is so much content already created that would have a new lease of life with the Horizon 4 graphics engine and game features, but they choose to focus entirely on a new map with every release.
It would be mindblowing for Forza Motorsport to release a new version and delete ALL the previous circuits, but that’s exactly what happens in every new Horizon release.
Anyone agree with me?
