they dont deserve my 99$
Sometimes you can receive refund outside of the playtime restriction if you give a report on reasoning behind the choice. But 50+ hours seems a bit much but not impossible. Maybe take a few Grape Mentats to buff your Charisma before you attempt a refund.
Can we get compensated for all the time we wait in loading screens too or time spent having to restart this silly broken game?
It is possible albeit extremely unlikely. In the event of a successful class action lawsuit than compensation may be awarded. However, the only class action lawsuit against a video game that in aware of is with Fortnite and its predatory lootbox system, which does, in many areas, in fact break gambling laws. No actual laws were broken by T10 (that I am aware of) apart from perhaps false advertising but that would be difficult to prove without a doubt. (Remembering that generally it is innocent until proven guilty so if there is any doubt whatsoever than the lawsuit usually becomes a failure.) And even if the lawsuit DID succeed, most class actions are spread between often millions of participants so you receive often less than $5.
Could we make a case that Turn10 introduced gambling in the sense that it’s a gamble whether the game will work one minute to the next?
@motorsport85688 Good one! LOL
