Is it just me, Or is Forzathon Live getting to be more of a pain than it’s worth? I mean lately when I’ve been playing I’ve been noticing fewer and fewer people are joining the Forzathon Live events, I know why I’m not joining them as often, I’m tired of the grinding back and forth through the drift areas, And besides, I’ve got over 6800 points and nothing to spending them on because they keep offering cars that I’ve already got, And I’m not in the least bit interested in the clothing or the emotes at all, Is anyone else feeling this way?

The #Forzathon shop hasn’t been selling items I don’t already have (I could conceivably buy horns and a few articles of clothing just to complete the collection, I wouldn’t use them and they aren’t sold) for weeks, I already have the articles of clothing I could unlock with wheelspins, people now can get wheelspin-exclusive cars by faithfully playing the weekly Playlists, so even newcomers aren’t as motivated to hoard FPs and spend them on wheelspins, for example even a most wanted car like the 2018 Honda Civic Type-R could be won this month.
I was always of the opinion that putting more items on the shop than 4 could make it more attractive. I guess the few that care for #Forzathon Live are playing it in LEGO Valley with the latest PR Stunts.

It was more pain than it was worth from the beginning for me. It became moreso when they jacked up the prices.
At some point in the game it´s useless to do it anyways since, like you noticed, you got everything they offer in the shop anyways.
and buying wheelspins or super wheelspins makes no sense later in the game too since you get way to much of them while normal playing.
so yeah, its boring AND useless.
Well as boring as it is Forzathon is still the best (and the only) way to earn additional points provided you can play online. Just ignore it if you don’t need more points.

I’ll do them when my FP gets low, but it’s so not at all low right now, that there’s hardly any point.
I’m still grinding. I’m hoping for an 812 Superfast to appear in the Forzathon store.
It usually pays to see how many players are in the session. If not many in the session, and not many waiting at the Forzathon zone, find a new session.

Forzathon Live was always old, because it wasn’t given the right type of scoreboard. It should be scored higher for the people that do the most work. The game design in Forza Horizon is always against the player. It’s like the game tries to punish the player rather than reward them like a sadist type game.
What game rewards you more for crashing than staying on the road?
What game forces men to win women’s clothing?
What game forces players to win cars that they have to delete?
What game allows you to put an item in auction, and if it doesn’t sell forces you to remove that item?
What game allows you to spend 2 weeks making a design on a car, and then can’t show it properly in the game?
What game has a scoring system for artwork that allows a plain white car to fly up the leaderboard, and then the star system for you work will only show 1 star no matter how many people like it?
If you look at everything it’s sadism.

…or you might try to get it fixed if you were me. I’m not one of those people that lets a game just die away, and Forza 5 doesn’t sell because customers just walked away.
I just wish they would switch up the events.
I wish they’d reward players that did more, with more points.

I agree that the Forzathons have been dead lately. I have had it happen more that once that I’ve been the only one playing it. I’ll grid the first round just to get the 20 points, but usually there is a “Drift Round” that I know I can’t achieve on my own so… I just go back to the garage and wait for the announcer to say “Round 2… FAILED!!!” (very irritating).
Sure, I have over 20K in Forzation Points, but it’s the only Multiplayer that I do so it’s disappointing that no one shows up.
One nice thing would be if they were able to adjust the total achievement for each round based on the number of attendees to the Forzathon… There is just no way I can get millions of drifting points alone.

It got old ages ago, same locations, same challenges with each location. The shops has been garbage for months and it shows by the lack of people taking part, last one i did 2 weeks ago in a lobby with 64 people in, only 5 players took part…5 out of 64 players. I’ve actually stopped taking part in them now. no point trying, as with so few people taking part, you’ve no chance of completing round 3.
Depends what they put in the Forzathon shop to make it worth my while?
‘13 Ford Focus or the supercharged Aston Martin Vantage then I’d kick the backside out of the live events to get points to buy multiples.
Couldn’t care less about wheelspins or clothing though, wouldn’t spend my points ther.
Couple of things-
-I think a lot of us were under the impression when this game first came out Forzathon shop would be a place where new content is distributed, but its more like where content is recycled to
-Game has been out ~9 months, most everything you would get from the Forzathon shop you probably already own
~Forzathon has gotten really repetitive, needs more types of events, some friendly competition. It would be nice to have some “cruise” style events but this map really isn’t built for road tripping like FH2 was.

I don’t mind these events if it’s a speed trap, speed zone and Danger sign. The ones that include drift zones are just annoying especially the ones where they want 3m pts total. Also out of the 80 odd Forzathon live events I have done there’s only been 1 time when there’s not been enough players to have realistic chance of getting 60pts.
I have definitely noticed a thinner crowd lately. And because of that it’s getting much harder to make the points. And with last week’s Weekly Challenge glitch I lost out on another bonus because my ‘Stuggart Heraldry’ progress disappeared.
