Invisible Cars in Private Multiplayer caused by Forced Stock Tuning/Upgrade = Yes and/or Buckets

We are still having issues where drivers are invisible to all other drivers in a multi-player private lobbies. We cant see the invisible drivers but they can see the entire field.

  • Invisible drivers can hit or be hit by the other cars but since we cant see the invisible driver, it only impacts the invisible driver
  • Have tried hard XBox resets, Resetting MAC addresses, changing lobbies, changing lobby hosts, have the impacted drivers do full resets and nothing seems to work.
  • It seems to be the same drivers on Thursday nights but in other races on other nights, we dont seem to have issues.
  • The only other thing we think “might” be causing the issue is we run buckets. We will try without them next to see if that is the cause but would like to know if others are having similar issues

Any info would be appreciated as it really is impacting our weekly race series

Thanks

Update 11/23 - Looks like its being caused by setting the Forced Stock Tuning an Upgrade Option to yes and/or using the buckets. Bother seem to be having issues

We have the same Problem. But not in every Race.
I consider if the enabled “Forced stock upgrade and tuning” option causes the problem.

What do you mean with “we run buckets” ?
I need to translate it, and the translator shows “Eimer”. Thats a pail or bin.

Buckets, pail basically the same. It’s a way to set up different classes of cars within a race. It’s in the race setup menu.

The 1 -4 Groups with different options that can be to set up ?!
We did not use that yet.

Thanks. It sounds like it may be the force stock tuning/build option that is causing the issue. We are running a test on Wednesday with the guys who we have invisibility issues to see if that is what is causing it… I’ll post here with the results

Great. I hope i am able to test it on Thursday. I will report too.
Maybe you can change the Topic into “Invisible Cars in Private Multiplayer caused by Forced Stock Tuning an Upgrade Option” when we got positive results.

So we ran a test last night and our testing showed that when we ran with buckets and/or Force stock tuning and upgrades set to Yes, we had invisibility issues. Sad as we use the buckets with delayed starts as a form of handicaping which does not seem to work as we would expect them. At least we should be able to see each other on track now that we know what is the issue

Very revealing !
Did you use Qickstops ?
In our Formula Mazda Races with Forced Stock … some Drivers dissapear after Pitstop.

We had the same issues. Although we did not test to see if the force stock would also cause additional drivers to become invisible however we did test it without forcing stock and or buckets and had no issues

The Problem with invisible cars is still present. We tested it on Friday. With forced stock tuning and upgrades there are some cars invisible, and without this option everyone xould see each other.

Shame its not being fixed or taken seriously by T10 (I say that due to the lack of any comment by staff that this issue exists) as it has made that option useless.
