My “Forza Horizon 2” profile is suddenly invalid. Please help me to restore and play my game.
I played my new game a couple of days, and when I try to play, I get a message at start-up saying “Invalid Profile.”
I deleted my Xbox account from my Xbox dashboard, and I reloaded my account, and it still will not allow me to play. It syncs my account (I’m assuming with the cloud) for a few minutes, then the same message appears. I even tried to go offline and start the game, but it still didn’t work.
What can I do? Someone please help me.
Is there a phone number for the people at Forza? Is there a contact page? Something?

So, my account became invalid. Somehow, I was finally able to get my account available for playing, however, my points and cars were all lost.
How can I get them all back?
