About 90% of the time, opening the game results in it being a completely unplayable mess of FPS drops and 3-second long stutters. Everywhere I look for a solution just leads to people saying “I have the same problem” and no one actually helping fix anything. It isn’t my game settings being too high for my hardware [1050ti, Ryzen 5 1600, WD Black 500GB NVME SSD] (1080p low settings). Benchmark mode completely lies, as it never has the absurd stuttering the game has. It isn’t any other programs messing with it, as i disabled things like windows defender, steam, discord, but nothing helps even a bit. 100$ for a broken game that no one has a solution for.

- GTX 1080
- 8GB RAM
The graphic doesn’t matter, Low and Ultra have stuttering.

Do you notice that it only stutters when online? That’s the only pattern I have found, and I think it’s due to bad netcode/lag. When I play single player, I experience zero stutters. My specs are also pretty similar to the guy above me.

Same here, the demo ran almost flawlessly for me but the full game is a stuttering mess. I only noticed that for me fps drops don’t occur while racing offline, it occurs in free roaming.
Forgot to mention that it NEVER stutters in races, even online races.
