Severe Stuttering in Prolonged Play[PC]

Whenever I play FH4 for more than an hour(give or take, I don’t really keep track of time that well), I start getting significant stutter. Specifically, the framerate will drop from 80+fps down to below 20 for repeated bursts several seconds long, and the game will sometimes freeze outright for several seconds, looping audio as it does so. This in particular occurs in motion. If I stay perfectly still, nothing will happen that’s amiss beyond the fact that I’m sitting still in an open world racing game.

This issue has occurred consistently since I bought the game on November 3. I started out with NVIDIA driver version 411.70(old for the time, I know, but I tend not to update often), and have since updated to version 416.94. System specs below.

CPU: Intel Core i5-6600
RAM: 8GB DDR4 2133
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1050Ti 4G OC
Hard Drive: Western Digital Blue 1TB 7200RPM

Any help I could get fixing this would be great. Game’s really well optimized in my experience beyond this problem, would be great to get it sorted out and not have to close the game and let things sit for several minutes before getting back to it.

I have the same exact issue… Its like game is trying to load. I need to restart the game and than is everything back to normal. And i have it installed on SSD!

Does nobody have anything to help with this? The more I have to deal with it the more I regret paying the full $60.

UPDATE: Newest drivers + new update change nothing. In fact, my performance has gone down at the same settings with these changes. Somebody PLEASE help me, I can’t even play music in the background of this game, it’s such an absurd memory hog that the music skips like crazy.

Still lacking any solution whatsoever, this is beyond unacceptable. I can’t even put in an official bug report because the link I got to finalize my support account just led to a Zendesk server error(even trying to follow it several days later). What’s even the point of Playground having a presence in this forum if they’re just going to ignore an issue this severe?

Somebody please for the love of God HELP ME! I can’t put in a bug report because the support system’s broken, whenever I got an email to finalize the support account the link it gave me just gave(and still gives) a Zendesk server error. What’s the POINT of having a tech support section if nobody offers tech support!? What’s the point of the different statuses for what Playground’s doing if Playground doesn’t pay attention to an issue that actively reduces a user’s desire to play the game!?

Why is it so hard to get anyone to acknowledge this beyond a simple “me too”, of which there are enough here and across other places found by a simple Google search to constitute a widespread bug!?

Why can I not just have a functioning video game!?
