Improved translation by using tables

I really want to thank the developers for having many languages to choose from when playing. But unluckily the texts for the seasonal tasks don’t seem to correlate sufficient with the words for the specific names in the game at least in the german language. For example since the release of FH5 the weekly challenges never differed between “street race” and “road race” in the german translation, so it was needed to check every week the forum to see what the task was about. Therefore it would be great if somebody of the developer team could make a table with the correct translations - mainly the 4 different racing options and the skills - based on how the words are used for the rest of the game. Then the person who translates the seasonal tasks can use this table for the translation of specific words instead of probably consulting a dictionary.

I lived in Berlin for a year. Am subletting my apartment there for six months to hopefully return! I’m still learning German. Is it ?
Strassen rennen = Street race
Straßenrennen = Road race

That’s from Google Translate. I’m keen to learn the correct terms

Straßenrennen = Road Race = Street Race

Straße = Road = Street
Rennen = Race

The word Strasse doesn’t exist… one of the cases where ß is not replaced with ss

Yeah, this is how you would translate it normally and how the translation of the seasonal tasks is done. The problem is that the rest of the game “translates” it differently:

road race = Straßenrennen
street race = Straßenszenerennen

Therefore it would be better to stick to this FH5 labelling when translating the seasonal tasks in german.

Btw “Strasse” exists, but then you should live in Switzerland since there you don’t know the letter “ß”.

This season’s weekly forzathon is a great example for the wrong translation. Instead of “Tunnelfahrt-Straßenrennen-Veranstaltung” it should be “Tunnelfahrt-StraßenSZENErennen-Veranstaltung”. Luckily the devs mentioned the specific race with “Tunnelfahrt”, otherwise it would have been needed to look up the english translation in the forum here.
