Ideas Horizon did not take from Test Drive Unlimited which they should have

,

Anyone who has played the 2006 game Test Drive Unlimited will know Forza Horison took most of it’s inspiration from that game. However i think they missed out on some great ideas which were in that game, here are the main ones i would love to see added. All cars were in manufacturers showrooms, Test Drive did not have as many cars and the amount of showrooms Forza would need make this difficult to implement via manufacturer but maybe they could do it by country instead. They also had estate agents which you had to visit to buy your houses and shops to buy your clothes from. However the biggest thing i miss from Test Drive is the police, if you had to many prangs in free roam the police would chase you, if they caught you you got a fine dependent on how much damage you had caused. I would while away hours just causing police chases and trying to avoid being caught (it had a wanted counter which would disperse over time). In the races with other traffic (street races in Forza) you also had police cars mixed in with the general traffic, to avoid a fine here if you had a crash you just needed to finish the race without being caught.
Just one thing extra it was not in Test Drive Unlimited but i wished it was and also feel the same about Horizon, a multi-story car park to zoom around in and take 5 (if you fancy) at the top looking at the view.

Haven’t played TDU, but I have played Midnight Club LA and even that has plenty of ideas and concepts that would go well in Horizon, most notably the Car Delivery minigame and how characters can just spontaneously call you and just to an impromptu street race against them

Here’s an idea. Use paragraphs to break up walls of text.

Why it’s just an online forum not an official letter. If you can’t be arsed reading it without paragraphs then don’t because i can’t be arsed using them, your lucky i don’t just write it all in text speech with how much notice is taken of my posts on this forum.
