I don’t play the regular MP hoppers because I have 0 interest in it. Because it’s all about meta cars. And that’s it. And that is why I don’t want any of the rules to be applied in these Meetups and Trackdays.
It’s not about competition in the meetups it’s about fun. Because of that, there is no such thing needed like this ridiculous “Safety Rating”. It’s complete (censored) IMO.
What I want in these Meetups is a “Repair Button” if another (censored) ruined the look of my car, or they let us turn off visual dmg etc. I want QoL changes.
Edit: What the game needs are global stats like in FM7, not something like a (censored) safety rating.
The thing with ghosting is, they are too lazy to implement it how it should be. I explained a solution here somewhere. It must be made very smart, then all is fine. You need delays in ghosting and immediate ghosting and exceptions and everything. All they need is a 1 hour meeting discussing how it should be done and then do it. But it seems they only want to do halfbaked solutions.
Edit2: They could even use it in their marketing if there is any, they could call it “Smart Rules” or something. All of that is so obvious but they don’t do anything.
Edit3: I don’t know if any of you ever played Fallout 76, probably not. But I was the person that came up with the idea, to make it possible to consume food/drinks immediatly where they stand, instead of picking them up to consume it. And it’s in the game now and a bit later they also added that feature into Starfield. So yes, I have some ideas. And no I am not making this up. I was the first guy in the BGS forums that came up with this idea. But they BGS will of course never admit it.
Ghosting is implemented properly in track day meetups now . The reason FK meetup doesn’t have ghosting is because it’s technically a drift meetup, for which ghosting can ruin the experience. I’m really glad they separated the ghosting rules between drift and track day meetups.
Visual repairs is something I wish was a thing. But I’d rather see it as an option in pits. Or the option of no visual damage like in FM7.

It isn’t properly implemented, not at all. They have to do it the smart way.
All they need is some BRAINPOWER.
Edit: Just an example, I had to go to the toilet earlier while in one of these Meetups, I parked at the waterfall, because by coincidence I was there, it was perfect and all. But then after I came back, some random (censored) rammed me of my parking spot, my car had dmg etc. I simply don’t want that.
Edit2: I sometimes got the feeling that all creativity has been sucked out of all gamestudios and profit completely killed all creativity. I very very much have this feeling about T10. They probably were a great studio and all, but at some point. No I don’t want to continue this thought, I would probably get banned for a week or something.

It is implemented properly in the track day meet ups. If you stop on track, you’re ghosted.
No ghosting has been added to the FK meet up because, as mentioned, the drifters don’t want it.

If they force the regular players to drive in drift meetups, I don’t really care tbh.
Then there must be MUCH GHOSTING. There is no alternative.
It’s GHOSTING or no Meetups at all. What do you prefer?
If they don’t fix it soon, I will start RAMMING the drifters out of my way, because THEY are too slow to fix simple problems.

I understand your frustration, I do. But ghosting everything is not an answer. Even on this forum there are people who are unhappy with ghosting while stationary as is doesn’t allow to see the cars of other people properly (in track day meetups). Also everyone being ghosted literally kills the game. Like Forza Horizon free roam - it always felt dead.
People will make mistakes and spin out in front of you, avoiding them is half the fun. And there will also be annoying people doing bad things - it’s part of multiplayer experience in every game. If you want to make everything safe and sterile - you should play Rivals.
I wish I still had an epic clip from FM7 Nord meetup as an example, but xbox erased my old profile. It was me playing in cockpit view, chasing another skilled player. He clips the grass, loses control and starts rolling in front of me, I might have went under his car while he was in the air (don’t remember that part). But everything about that moment was epic and definitely left a good memory. As it was neither staged or sterilised by ghosting - it was just a result of pushing too hard and being under pressure.
At first I was skeptical about the idea, but now I believe there should be 2 separate Fujimi Kaido meetups - for drift and for track day.

I explained them in detail how to fix the problem, so it’s not my problem if they don’t fix it.
I came up with solutions for everyone, but I am too lazy to link you to them now. It’s here somewhere, I think you read it. It was all smart etc.
If they can’t “REALIZE” smart rules it’s not my problem. They are really smart, but it needs some work. It is hard to code.
It is basicly a lot of timers with a lot of delay and such. They just have to sit down and discuss it.
They have a whole team, I seriously don’t know what the problem is. If they don’t like my idea, they have to come up with their own, but they have to do something.
Fix what problem? Ghosting is enabled and works in track day meet ups.
It’s not been added to the drift meet ups because the drifting guys don’t want it. Not entirely sure what you want fixing
It doesn’t work. I been rammed at start/finish line with full speed…
And yes I don’t care about your “special needs” in Drift Meetups, I want the same rules there.
FUJIMI
UGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
I am out of here, good night. There are ppl that think that Drift Meetups are more special than other stuff. BYE.
Calm down. What part of it’s not been added to the drift meet up do you not understand?
The drifting community don’t want it, sorry but they out number you
I simply want a race Fujimi. I don’t give a (censored) about drifting.
If they don’t give me that, I will keep annoying Drift ppl. Simply as that.

It’s not permanent.
Seriously it’s like you are (censored) or something.
Good night.
I live in CET timezone. I go to sleep now.

He wants FK to be a permanant track in the track day meet up with ghosing
@JohnDoe9302 what you want is a Fujimi meet up track day that isn’t a drift meet.
You’re trying to drive a round peg into a sideways hole and it isn’t going to work. Just have to face the fact, Fujimi Kaido is currently a drift meet. If you don’t want to drift, don’t go there. If you want to run Fujimi, set up an advanced race, or set up a private lobby with practice and you can run the track solo until friends show up. Just set the practice time to max. Or just do rival laps on Fujimi. But you’re just driving yourself crazy doing the same thing and expecting different results.

We’re actually a good amont of peoples who would like to just run at FK, but we’re all separated on differents “drift meet up” lobby.
Even peoples who doesn’t care at all about FK call it a drift track because they doesn’t imagine/like to drive here, too much low speed corners etc …
We not doesn’t want to face the fact that FK is a drift meet, we just want a simple meet up, because if we want to randomly join a meet up, like it’s the case for the Nord, so we actually have to join that drift meet up.
I’m not for a permanent ghosting, but still, peoples who go in the wrong side should be ghosted, same for peoples on pause menu.

fh’s ghosting system works perfectly well and would resolve all debates! What’s wrong with t10?!
(collisions enabled with players in your group and cars appear normal)
It’s like they want to create player frustration…
For now, and as it stands, it’s still catastrophic at Nurb!
All the noobs/posers on the planet come and ruin what makes a trackday so interesting.
The racing cars have no place there and should have a separate lounge. They’re real magnets for bad drivers
(they’re effortless to drive and only serve poseurs who love to show off their fast lap times).
It’s impossible to do a lap without one of these micro-p’s ruining my lap time by hitting me…
(a reminder of the rules in force during a track day would be necessary*).
Constant ghosting would also avoid the same problem with stalkers, who would also benefit from a reminder of what consent is.
Also, the weather!
Why aren’t there any rooms fixed to a single weather condition?!
(or: variable dry and variable wet)
If only rain could drain properly from the windshield at least…
Personally, I don’t know anyone outside of beginner drifters who like to drive when it rains (irl)
No… this game mode is a failure.
Not to mention the constant game crashes…
And we’re supposed to be celebrating 20 years?
… when FM4’s multiplayer was perfect
(all that was missing was the automatic collisions deactivation of FH… but we could create public rooms that were perfect for sorting toxic substances and levels).
