I think a simulation automatic mode (for shifting) would be dope

So I’ve got the logitech wheel with clutch and shifter. It is an absolute blast.

But the ‘real car’ experience got a buddy and i wishing that they did more for the actual feel of a slushbox in game. We noticed that in automatic (for shifting) in the difficulty settings that it was obvious that while the car shifted automatically; it felt more like a video game computer trying to drive a five speed than an automatic transmission acting as it would in real life.

When I’m driving a big boat of a classic car that only came with a slushbox tranny, i just think it would be cool if it accelerated and shifted like one.

I don’t know if they look at these forums but it would be nice to see that feature in the future.

I would love this too! So you can shift from P-R-N-D-S instead of 1-6. And it should shift up when you lift the throttle and kick down when you apply power.

We could have: automatic, manual (without clutch), manual (with clutch), simulation (without clutch), simulation (with clutch)

I don’t think there are racing games with this feature. It would really set Forza apart!

Couldn’t agree more, I could say that GTA V did a better job on the simulation automatic feature than forza has done
