I saw a bus on the road. And two cars. And a truck. In FH5. What is going on?

What? You don’t have buses in your country?
Probably highlighting the fact the only way you seem to get Traffic is by going on Horizon Solo, so if he saw a Bus online then I must congratulate him for this super rare occurrence 
Horizon Life almost never has NPC Vehicles. Annoying with some of the accolades having to switch between Horizon Life and Solo just to get them (Daredevil 2x, Near Misses Lamborghini etc.). Even worse when the game doesn’t sync because you switch between online/offline so you keep on having to redo the accolades in hope they sync

Yeah, H4 again. I was scared when some NPCs started to show because I thought empty roads are normal. 
Funny is NPCs use racing line on purpose so they are rather problem. It’s like you can’t miss them if you use “correct” line.
Not seen a bus yet. Not seen anything big.
Spawn rate also depends on your speed.
Since I mostly play in Horizon Solo, I’ve seen a few cars and buses.
I got really startled though the other day when a Drivatar slowed down and drove around my car when I was parked, acknowledging my existence. That’s never happened to me before in any Forza Horizon game. For a moment I thought my computer might have become sentient, but then I realized it was probably just a glitch.
The game has been taken over by the Ai that explains all the bugs. I had a deja vu when the same car passed me twice!!!

I haven’t seen any traffic on the roads yet but I did drive past a building and could see my cars reflection. It was so awesome that I pretended it was another car and for the next hour was doing donuts with them.
