Today i launch forza horizon 4
The xbox app ask me if i want my local data (new)
or my online data (older)
i click local, and the game start from the beginning
Im am on pc.
me to- on 4th october
and i cant use my main save !
some one help pz
If you play on PC you can backup data manually I think, like in FH3. Of course now it’s too late becouse you erase main save.

this is just cloud save bug and deleted our saves

It’s not PG/T10’s fault. It’s MS and their HORRENDOUS online services, authentication and DRM.
This happens with all games bought and downloaded on the MS Store.
I kind of feel bad for PG/T10. They put a lot of effort on Forza, just to be ruined by the publisher. If they went independent and released their games through another gaming service I’m sure everything would be fine. We could even have mods and user-created fixes and improvements.
But no…
My computer got an update and them the game would not load so i rolled back and now my save is like 1 week back in time

I like how someone from Turn 10 has been in here to correct someone’s vocabulary usage, yet neglected to provide any customer service.
If you are still receiving this issue, please submit a ticket so we can check out your account. Please state how it “deleted the save” too. Such as if it was during a sync, or when going from Xbox to PC or vise versa etc.
The more information we have, the more likely we can fix the issue.
