I lost my save data

I reinstall the Forza horizon 4 , and when i start it the xbox live message it appeared and she say what save i whant and by mistake i click on new save insted of clicking on my old save with my game data .what can i do to go back to my save game i played a lot . I play on PC. I try to reinstall again the game but is loading the new save insted of leave me to chose the save.

Same/new issue as OP. Ticket has been submitted as well as one for the issue of game not booting up at all.

But the ticket doesn´t help you. Your Progress is lost! I had the same issue on PC. I hope will give me enough money to compensate!!

Especially with a loss of a save file, we will need more information regarding your account which may include details that you wouldn’t necessarily post public on a forum. This is why a ticket becomes useful alongside you can attach screenshots/dxdiag/video captures etc.
