Help! I have lost all game progress in FH4 on my Xbox, when I launched the game yesterday the game started as if I had never played the game before. I searched online and found this article on forza support website, have followed all of the xbox steps without success.
I have also logged into my forza account on my computer and my achievements are still showing visible. I assume this means the game data is still in the Cloud. Is there any other suggestions from people on this forum, many thanks.

Please submit a ticket once you have completed the steps for your device and have played on the new save and unlocked online mode.
