As mentioned in the title for some reason during a turn the telemetry data suggest that my inside tire is much hotter than the outside, I have attached photos of my tune and will create a share code if anyone wants to check it out for themselves, I am completely confused here. any help is appreciated.
Here are all the telementary pages on the same turn at 79-81 mph full steering lockout second lane.
if anyone has ideas I’m all ears
You should try to use lower toe in values, try to use anything between -0.2 to 0,2.
This actually helped so much…more than i could imagine. Thankyou MarsTieger, my tire temps seem to hold steady at 243°F, although my turn in response is less, my inside tire doesn’t overheat and i am able to corner at slightly notable faster speeds.
Side note, i thing having that Propper alignment has revealed a greater problem with my differential tuning When I let off the throttle however the car then turns in almost how it should and doesn’t loose grip, on throttle i have tire squeal and bad cornering. (I am going to play around with my acceleration %'s but if anyone has a good base number for an all wheel drive vehicle with 46% front weight distribution that would be appreciated.
That’s great to hear!
For faster turn in response I’d suggest increasing the front anti roll bar.
And for differential I usually start with 5% and 0% in the front and 70% and 25% in the rear. And balance is good at around 70% to 90%. You only need 100% lock for offroad/rally cars, but for asphalt it’s more beneficial to keep the balance to the rear and open the diff based on preference.
Hope it helps
