How to set starting location?

Ever since Hot Wheels DLC I start on Hot wheels map, when I enter the game? How do I change that? I want to start on main map.

Did you set the Hot Wheels Horizon Festival as your home? Try setting another location as your home in Mexico; enter home/festival > press [Y] to set new home.

When I press Y on Xbox it rewinds… what else can be done?

You have to do that when you enter the location. Look at the bottom of the screen.
