Reporting on the Troubleshooting Hub

The Troubleshooting Hub has been designed to be an all-in-one issue tracker for our community. Seeing what your fellow players are encountering will help bring awareness to the community and the Forza Team. Bugs are issues where the game is not functioning as intended. Some game features may not work as players expect or want - see our FAQs at Forza Support and use the Forza Horizon 5 > FH5 Discussion category to discuss features and ask fellow community members for clarification on how to achieve what you’re trying to do. If you determine something to be a bug, use Horizon Troubleshooting > FH5 Report PS5 Issues by following the steps below.

Existing troubleshooting topics

  • Browse or Search existing topics that may be related to your issue. You can sort topics by Votes to see the most upvoted issues, and you can use the Tags dropdown to filter topics by issue type.
  • Click the topic, click Vote above the title if you are experiencing that issue, and Reply with your details (see instructions below)

Creating new troubleshooting topics

  • Please be sure to first search existing topics related to your issue in order to avoid duplication. If you create a duplicate topic, it may be merged by staff to keep reports and votes together.
  • Create one topic per issue so that the community and Forza Team can track the vote count for it. Clearly summarize the issue in your topic title.
  • Select a Tag that most closely matches your issue type.
  • Describe the issue in the body of your post with as much detail as you can. This will help the team know where to start asking for additional detail, and will help other community members find your topic to add to it. Please include the following:
    • Confirm that you have tried restarting your console and link any article steps you tried without success.
    • Include the date and time (and your timezone) when the issue first happened. Please follow up with a reply if you are able to clear the issue later.
    • Indicate which peripherals you may be using, such as wheels, and whether unplugging and plugging them in again clears the issue.
    • Indicate your game settings, such as graphics, accessibility, or other assists, and whether setting them to Default clears the issue.
    • Indicate which game mode you were in and which car you were using, and whether this is related to a single car or affects any car used.
    • Indicate what you were doing and any error messages you saw, or what you expected to happen but didn’t.
    • Indicate steps to reproduce the issue. Included photos or video clips can help the team diagnose the issue.
  • Be sure to Vote on your own topic so your vote is counted.

We appreciate your patience in dealing with any bugs you may encounter - we want to help you get back to playing and enjoying the game!

Thank you!
