How to get a ranked drift race

How come I don’t have any ranked races for drifting when I’m level 11 in online driving

There is no ranked racing in FH5 they didnt include it. It only was in FH4.

Ranked drifting have been broken in fh4 for a long long time. I don’t know why they never fixed it.
