Those in the know, know its the only good choice for xbone and its a damn fine wheel when it works, were the reliability issues fixed?
Mine works perfectly. Had it a good few months now.
They drop like flies.
I would say it’s still an unknown. Some receive a wheel that lasts for ages while others don’t.
Since the newer batch had the v45(I believe) firmware pre-installed. It’s seems to be better. I would still recommend this wheel, just make sure you buy from an authorized seller that will honour the warranty.
I bought mine with the V45 firmare and have had absolutely no issues(knock on wood)
I bought mine brand new a week ago - lasted all of one lap of Laguna Seca before self-igniting. I think there is a lot of bad stock still out there. Thrustmaster will replace them reasonably quickly - if you can accept the chance you might have to wait an extra two weeks to use your wheel then go for it!
