How do you 'unlock' and share your design that is marked private?

Sorry, I know this was discussed last game, I could not find in the FAQ (but sure it is in there) and searching the forums is currently netting me a “an error occured while searching” message.

Question is, If I have made a design, saved it, but did not share, when the option to share came up. I then did more work on it, finished it up, now there seems to be no why to share it, it has a ‘lock’ and when I click on the design, it says ‘private’ with no apparent option to share/unlock. I tried saving under a new name and just created another copy that I can’t share, I know this came up in FM6, just can’t figure out the work around to share a design you made but chose not to share while you were creating it and saved it.

Did you use some vinyls from the store? Those lock every livery so you can’t sell what others created. You can only use them for yourself. If you want to share your livery you have to build those vinyls yourself.

No, I made sure if that, only shapes and things form the graphic generator where you ‘apply a shape’
I created a few, but those I shared out right away, this one I didn’t and can’t figure out now how to make it ‘un-private’
