Is there a point system of some kind? If so, how do you earn points and how many do you need to move up? I’ve been stuck in League 17 for several adventures now.
Also, at the end of a ranked adventure, when your team wins and all the avatars are dancing around, in the background you can see your gamertag highlighted in yellow. Does that somehow indicate your individual placement in the adventure? And, how do you get a “persistence” bonus? What other types of bonuses are available? Thanks!
If it were obvious, I wouldn’t have needed to ask the question. I’ve won and not advanced. I’ve lost and not fallen. So winning/losing doesn’t seem like the only variable.
I cant’ ever get enough people to even play ranked adventure with me. I put it on matchmaking and start free roaming (skill points) 40 minutes later im still looking for other players. (no help at all from me lol)
Yeah, it’s taken as much as 15-20 minutes for me to get an adventure started. Typically, the adventure gets canceled at least 3-4 times because not enough players before one finally starts up. It’s not clear what it takes to advance rank though, which is what I really want to know. I was hoping a moderator could point me in the right direction at least, if I missed this information somewhere in another thread. Did a search, couldn’t find it.
From what I have seen, your team needs to win to get points.
Now the problem with this, and the reason nobody is playing it, is because you get clubs that group up, toss in one or two combat vehicles, then wreck you out for the entire event.
This is quite common in the unranked races as well.
But yeah, as for scoring points, it’s entirely team based and has nothing to do with your skill. Unless you can build a combat team you will most likely give up before you even hit level 20.
Thanks, I’ve experienced the combat vehicles a couple of times in the form of giant trucks. Those players got reported and blocked.
Didn’t realize earning points was entirely dependent upon team performance. I assumed since individual rankings were being determined, some elements of individual performance were being considered. Disappointed, but not surprised, that isn’t the case. As many others have said, multiplayer doesn’t make any sense whatsoever. For lots of reasons, FH4 is probably the least fun multiplayer I’ve ever had the misfortune of experiencing in a video game, not just a racing game.
