How do I get support on Forza 7 issues

I have documented a Forza 7 issue in this forum and cannot obtain any response.

The issue is concerning saving replays in online lobbies and being disconnected during the save.

I am not demanding an immediate fix, I am being courteous and patient.

I am trying to promote the esports aspect of the game through running private leagues and events.

The bug I am reporting is being experienced by a number of people but so far I am unable to get any help on potential bypasses for the problem.

If Forza is to be taken seriously by the eSports community there has to be some sort of mechanism that allows the reporting and acknowledgement of such issues.

What is this process?

If this does get read by any official of semi official group then perhaps you could look into the initial Replay Save issue unreported some time ago.

That’s the only support from Turn 10. They rarely visit these forums, and when they do it’s a lowly community manager or Mod. None of which have any real technical knowledge of the ins and outs of the game code. So you have to wait and hope someone replies to that email address. Just don’t hold your breath…

I know abusive messages of the forum are self defeating but I can sometimes understand why people are driven to it.

Yeah, a complete lack of any kind of line of communication to the people who actually make the product you spent money on is bad. But when they don’t communicate anything at all even when there are problems is astounding.
I takes not caring to whole new levels.
At least they had a couple of people on here like SOY who answer questions, but he’s not here enough, like by a lot!
A community manager should be a part of the community, daily. Not once in a while when the mood takes him.
