I spent so much money on this game, why has it been years since you guys said you were working on fixing the “known issue” of the Forza Hub not syncing properly with Forza Motorsport 7 on PC?

I don’t completely understand why this is still not fixed either, but I have a very good idea as to why Microsoft refuses to correct these issues that have plagued the COMMUNITY for YEARS. When questions and problems arise and answers and progress don’t come forth, it generally comes down to money/greed/criminal activity. Even though the Microsoft Corporation in inundated with money, they still want more. Selling anything is more important to them than fixing mistakes or admitting them. If they admit there is a problem they would feel a tad more compelled to fix it. Instead they are using the ‘keep quiet’ and the ‘we’re working on it’ approach. Both apparently include denying support. The only option the community has is to cease buying all new Forza titles because ALL support for this is ignored. The time for communication has ended, Microsoft ended it, and now is the time (past time) for action. This is not good for Microsoft OR the consumer and should not be considered a vengeful act by the consumer. It is simply business and sends a message to the company that the consumer isn’t satisfied with whatever is going on. This usually works because the profit line is affected, but what do you do when a company is so large, can get away with anything, and simply doesn’t care? YOU QUIT SUPPORTING IT! It is VERY OBVIOUS MICROSOFT DOESN’T CARE so take your money elsewhere. Look at us, complaining in a forum when we should be contacting support, because we can’t get in touch with support. That is a serious red flag. My forza career ended with FM7, 1/4 of the way into the game the hub just QUIT working all together for me. Microsoft support for ANYTHING related to the keywords ‘hub’‘tier’‘points’ goes DIRECTLY to a different department and I don’t think anyone actually works on problems there, everything I have ever sent in is ignored or sent to another department or doesn’t make it or is marked ‘FIXED’ within 24 hours. <— This is the way a company ignores problems, it is a STANDARDIZED PRACTICE today with most companies. They make it so frustrating to the consumer that the consumer gives up. Its called, ‘frustrating it away’ a phrase you will not find in any book. They aren’t going to fix the hub and the loyalty program unless enough of us boycott their products. I FEEL your frustration and don’t mean to be harsh, the same stuff is happening to me and this was the last straw. I will not be subscribing to any kind of gamepass or ANYTHING forza related until the is a fix for EVERYONE. There are other non-microsoft racing games and something called a PS5. I’d say about 25% of the people who used to play forza quit because of this problem.

Quite the rant over an app that gives free make believe money away
I am curious what is going on also and it’s not for the “giving free money”. I am 1400 points away from tier 12 and I am playing 7 to get the points so I can get the next tier for FH5. It’s been about 3 weeks now.
I’m playing Forza MS7 with XBOX1 game pass. Forza hub doesn’t evaluate the progress of the game correctly and doesn’t give you a credit. Reluctantly I bought the Forza MS7 for $ 10. Still, the evaluation does not change. I advise everyone on the Game Pass not to buy.

Forza Hub won’t be fixed given it is near it’s End Of Life… you won’t be able to download the Hub from the 15th (I think it’s the 15th) at all and the Hub will be discontinued mid 2022
