Fix your game

It is beyond the point of being outrageous. I can NEVER pick my car because you guys cant fix the screen for A class. Seriously, this is what most of us paid $100 dollars for, we absolutely deserve our money back. I CAN NEVER pick a car. Fix your terrible, terrible, terrible lobbies. What are you seriously thinking? I Thought Turn10 were a little professional. Fix it, or like most,I will ask for my money back! WHAT IS YOUR ISSUE??? Why is it not fixed? We accepted the Horizon platform, and you still cannot manage to get it correct. Turn10, you have ruined this Forza I am done. Please, get in touch with me, Via e-mail in regard, to me getting my money back from your terrible Horizon Knockoff… The product I bought was inferior to what we were led to believe from your company - (Turn 10).

The only way to get your money back is to contact the retailer you bought it from…Microsoft

Well, I already did, when it first came out.

Edit - As said, complaining won’t. But I have already taken to here… yet we get no viable answers. I can at least see what people have experienced minus your non helpful post. Thanks for the suggestion…which was? And It was bought digitally if it was accidentally deleted. So, It makes it harder.

If you want the refund you are demanding contact your retailer…you wont get it here

Cool, I knew that. Obviously it is not Microsoft. I was merely trying to see whom else had the problem of this game and got a refund.I have seen where people have given where to go, as you did not. Again, your advice was subpar-to-none..good job!

I also bought Digital Ultimate edition. I refunded after a month or so. First rep told me I had to wait awhile for them to fix all the issues and then I could refund if it still wasn’t fixed🤔. I called back and got someone else who immediately refunded me. I still have a love for the series, just not in its current form, way too many issues. You should try chat support or call, Xbox support will help. However if you’ve had it since launch, that might hurt your chances.

Did you use a different gamertag because it’s not in your history…or nothing with ACTUAL issues anyway

Laggy menus and bugs within menus really plague this game. Takes ages to select a car. Takes ages to scroll through the menu. The game sometimes crashes. The cars sometimes don’t show and there is even a brand new paint glitch.

This ^. But I guess we, as the consumers, should be okay with the product served and the “hotline” we are supposed to call that can’t help. But, hey, the guy above has all the answers!

Edit - As he edits his post about Microsoft but never posts about what to do until now and took that much time arguing instead of answering or giving a helpful tip. Sorry, that it strained you three posts before you answered.

Yep, this has been going on for sometime now with no realistic prospect of it being fixed

My view is if they could fix it they would. But its like a game of whack-a-mole. Each update fixes (usually not entirely) the bugs it was designed to fix, but the patch then brings its own bugs and issues.

I get the impression the problems are rooted in the very foundation of the code for the game and there is no patch that can solve the issues comprehensively.

I have had this game since release and have never felt that I needed my money back.
I have played over 6o hours in this game and there have been a few minor cosmetic glitches but nothing that actually affects gameplay, I guess this is why Turn 10 hasn’t corrected a few of them, they will clearly prioritise gameplay glitches and ferom what I have seen they have done a decent job of it. When it comes to the PC version this is a different case as the game is an Xbox One title. There may some issues affecting a small amount of players on PC but it is difficult to fix every issue as people have a wide array of PC components that may or not be properly supported (the nature of PC gaming).

What game did you play? Obviously not FM7.
Try to switch a car in multiplayer during the 1 minute inter-race menu? You better wait til the track has loaded and switch your car in the 10-15 seconds left. Otherwise you will get a connection loss and thrown out of the lobby because the game lags/freezes in car selection.
Want to see which track is on and which car you are selecting? Oh, there is a huge car pile-up in front of the menu and you can’t see anything.
You finished a race, didn’t change your car, stayed in the lobby for the whole inter-race menu aaaaand the next race starts without you because “a few minor cosmetic glitches but nothing that actually affects gameplay”.
I could go on for days. This game’s multiplayer, especially the menu, is a complete failure full of bugs and wrong decisions.

I still don’t know why the car menu hasn’t been fixed.

The dealership loads fine when switching through cars…but as soon as I go through my garage full of stock cars and dealership paint jobs it slows down to a crawl. Everyone’s been complaining about it since launch yet they haven’t done a single workaround on it. Spend a week or two redesigning your garage menu and all of a sudden the game becomes much more playable for most…but noooo…that takes time and money, and they don’t want to invest proper time and money to make a smooth running game.

Need more money? Take your time releasing a glitch free expansion, use the revenue to hire more people to fix the issues. Seems very doable, but Im not expecting much.
