Get a refund if not happy.

Always been a fan of the Forza series, but this is uncalled for. The game simply should not have been released in it’s current state.

I posted a thread with my issues, and well clearly a lot of other people are having issues as well. But when you can’t even finish the first race in the game, or any race for that matter there is clearly a problem. No response from Turn 10 or Microsoft. I would much prefer a game to be delayed and ironed out than meeting the release window with a known poor/buggy product.

I find it extremely unlikely that a company the size of turn 10 didn’t run into the same issues throughout development of this game, and especially after going gold. I would imagine they have a fairly large qa team, unless the majority of their qa is automated.

I hope they get this game running as it should be, but for now, I will not be a paying QA tester, or support a product that is released with this many issues. Who ever was in charge of approving the release should be ashamed.

To anyone else having issues which make the game unplayable, I would suggest doing the same thing, maybe then they will focus on memory leaks, performance issues, before worrying about VIP bonuses etc.

I love how the lil pre production movie said they got it working with help of the forza horizon crew so fast that they had time to polish the things instead of bug fixes and hangups and crashes.

Yeah, I got my refund processed the other day. Sad, because I’ve loved the franchise but this is turning into a FTP game that they charge you 60 - 100 dollars to play. Not to mention removing so many good features from the previous games.

How to get a refund if you bought a physical copy?

You don’t. But then you can sell your cooy.

You can’t be serious. Gamestop is paying $22 for a regular copy of FM7. They do not pay more for any special edition, so I would be getting $22 back from the $100 I paid for my ultimate edition. At this point it would be the same as throwing the copy in the garbage. Thanks god I’m happy with the game and would never return/sell. Sorry for the honesty, but simply considering selling back a physical copy of a game as an option is silly, at best. People paid $60 to $100 for their copies, electronic or physical. They deserve a product that is fully functional and delivers on the promises made by marketing. In my case, I’m happy with it, but I can understand and accept people who are not. Especially PC users. I’m on Xbox One S, but Turn10 dropped the ball really bad on the PC version. Those fellows have all the right in the world to be furious. As I am with SMS for the pathetic Xbox One version of Project Cars 2. Tolerance, kids, tolerance, go learn the lesson…

I have this feeling this game will work amazing but really just for the Xbox one X after all it was pre munched developed for the console it’s just a show tech demo for the X should be called FORZA 4K because really that’s all it is.
